WHAT WE FIGHT
THE ADVOCACY PROBLEM
Anti-Semitism--often disguised as anti-Zionism or anti-Israel activism--is dramatically on the rise across the world. The despicable hatred of Jews and of Israel--the Jew among the nations--can not go unopposed.
There have been some grassroots attempts to organized people of good conscience--locally and across the world--to push back via Action Alerts published on Facebook and other social media platforms. Some of these efforts have seen moderate success. (see Queens Museum box). However, organizing a massive and sustained pushback via Facebook is difficult due to the following challenges:

Fragmentation of Audience: There are myriads of groups, often with overlapping memberships, where action alerts must be manually posted to reach volunteers,

Fragmentation of Information: The information regarding action alerts cannot be well-organized because it is spread across many fragmented and often redundant posts. The action alerts are interspersed with unrelated posts and quickly disappear pushed out by other events,
This project is an attempt to address some of these challenges and provide better tools.
Queens Museum
After Queens Museum refused to rent space for an event honoring the UN’s recognition of Israel an outcry from many people on social media attracted the attention of the local politicians who criticized the decision. Many Facebook users left negative comments on Queens Museum's Facebook page and gave it bad reviews severely impacting the museum's rating to the point where the museum was forced to start deleting the comments and disabled the rating altogether. In the end, the museum rescinded their decision.

Welcome to {P.A.I.N.} – Popular Action for Israel Network!
Our goal is to provide a platform and tools for organizing grassroots advocacy actions for Israel and against anti-Semitism.
Our idea is simple: the only way to discourage undesirable behavior is to make it unpleasant. We believe that anti-Semitic or anti-Israel activity–nowadays often disguised as virulent anti-Zionism–should not be pain-free.
Our goal is to organize mass grassroots actions to ensure that organizations and individuals who abet or engage in anti-Semitic/anti-Zionist/anti-Israel activities incur a reputational or financial penalty.
We understand that most people have limited time and resources. Our approach is to achieve significant and sustainable impact while minimizing individual involvement by using social media and other modern Internet technologies to effectively manage and direct a large, loosely affiliated network of volunteers to spread the effort.
We believe that pro-Israel advocacy is a non-partisan, non-denominational effort. Everyone is welcome. The only requirement is being pro-Israel and willingness to engage in pro-Israel advocacy.
